Paleo Whole30™ Approved: The Paleo Meal Plan is our original meal line that emphasizes whole, clean ingredients. Always free from grains, dairy, soy and added sugars, our Paleo line also adheres to the strict standards of Whole30™
Balanced: The Balance Meal Plan focuses on achieving a specific macronutrient target. This plan will include the same high quality protein & fat sources with the addition of gluten-free grains and legumes.
These meals will target a macronutrient ratio of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 30% fats.
Keto:The Keto Meal Plan is based on the ketogenic diet. This diet focuses on high levels of quality fats, moderate amounts of proteins, and low levels of carbohydrates.
These meals will target a macronutrient ratio of 60% fat, 25% protein and 15% carbohydrates.
An entry level that is well suited for those looking for smaller portion sizes.
